Camp Pemigewassett

Packing and Preparation

The 30-page Parent Handbook found in your Pemi online account contains extensive information and insight on packing do's and don't's for the summer. For just lists, here are the Camper Packing List and the Trip Program Equipment List. A great deal of time, thought, and experience has gone into these, so fight the urge to toss in additional shirts or pants (or if you need to indulge the urge, maybe throw in extra pairs of socks. They do seem to get eaten over the course of the season). Space is limited in the cabins and we have fine-tuned these lists to allow each camper to have a comfortable supply of clothing. Laundry is done every week and is returned within two days.

The Camp Spot: Pemi Logo Wear

Our camp uniform supplier is the Camp Spot. We will send a catalog to all families, and you can always find and order your Pemi gear via their web site: www.thecampspot.com. We only require 2 blue Pemi uniform shirts and 2 white Pemi uniform shirt, but the Camp Spot has plenty of optional clothing and gear that you can purchase with the Pemi name, along with laundry bags, blankets, etc. If you order early, they will put nametags in for you! Speaking of nametags: label everything that comes to camp with your son.

Rental Bedding

As a convenience to campers from outside the continental United States only, camp will rent them three warm blankets, four sheets, two pillow cases and a pillow. The charge is $55.00 per half season, and $110.00 for the full season. Please inform camp by June 1 if you wish to take advantage of this service by emailing camppemi@camppemi.com with "Rental Bedding" as your subject line.
