Every summer, Camp Pemigewassett welcomes into its community boys of differing backgrounds from all over the world to develop their skills, explore new areas of interest, and immerse themselves in an experience of responsible group living within the spectacular natural environment around us. At Pemi, campers learn to embrace key civic values such as respect for others, honesty, self-reliance, and service to the greater community. Under the watchful eye of a trained staff of aspiring and veteran educators, Pemi boys enjoy instruction in a variety of sports, hike and canoe in the neighboring White Mountain National Forest, pursue their musical and artistic passions and proclivities, and explore the natural sciences of the surrounding region. In the century-old tradition of the founding families, the Fauvers and Reeds, generations of Pemi campers aged 8 to 15 have prospered within Pemi's stimulating and joyful atmosphere.
